Happy Sunday , if you have been following me on Snapchat You’ll know that Sunday means breakfast in bad, healthy smoothie, good book, and great face mask. Sunday is a great day to rest and recover from a stressful week, also rejuvenate and refresh your soul for the up coming week. I think its really important to pause for a little bit and show some self-love. We deserve a little break. There’s no better way than starting your Sunday with a healthy breakfast.Here I am sharing with you my lifelong favorite Smoothie Recipes.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Almond Milk. It takes no time to make this smoothie! It’s creamy, filling, refreshing and it’s perfectly delicious! You have no reason to skip breakfast now 🙂 lol.
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 fresh banana, peeled
- 1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk in this one)
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 tablespoon pure honey, if needed to sweeten
Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
(If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit).
